Baio Enterprises' PASVO Program, is committed to providing quality, and supportive, strength- based reunification services, that focus on enhancing the parent’s cognitive, behavioral and emotional protective capacities, as set forth by the Arizona Department of Child Safety (ADCS).
Parent Aide and Supervised Visitation Services (PASVO)
Our highly skilled PASVO Specialist serve as mentors and are professionally trained to:
Identify the parent(s) strengths, establish goals with the parent(s) and work collectively with the ADCS to develop a concrete plan to achieve permanency.
Provide the family with a structured, individualized case plan, that is relevant to the family’s needs.
Implement evidence-based parenting education, and educate parent(s) in age appropriate child development, utilizing appropriate discipline and problem-solving techniques.
Provide guidance and assistance with household management, budgeting and finances, time management, nutrition and meal planning, employment, drug and alcohol education and obtaining community resources.
Assist families in promoting and maintaining, safe and healthy relationships, by encouraging positive parent-child interaction and communication, during supervised visitation.
Ensure that all ADCS visitation guidelines are adhered to, in order to provide for the safety and well-being of the children in our care.
